Warranty period
New products- Depends on different contents of different makers’ warranties.
Used products- You can get 6 months since the day of your purchase. (There are exceptions)
Contents of warranty (Used products)
Any functional problems (spontaneous failure only) can be covered. Bring the valid warranty to our store, or send it to our store, CROWN GEARS will bear the expenses of your repair fee for you maximum to your purchase price.
During the repair period, the repair fee usually is for free. However, we also take repair requests without a warranty. Please feel free to contact us.
Before you use this warranty, please read the Stipulations of CROWN GEARS Original Warranty first.
About Return and Exchange
For initial failure products, we provide services as follows.
New products:
You can exchange your product within 2 weeks.
Used products:You can have it returned within 2 weeks.
Consignment sales:
Some products are not returnable, some of them can be returned within 1 week.
Used accessories / Junks:
All products are not returnable and exchangeable.
※ Initial failure means any functional problems including spontaneous failures. All the failures that customers have checked before they made their orders are not returnable or exchangeable afterwards.
