Since your purchase date to the date that is written on the warranty.

Contents of Warranty

We accept any malfunctions when your warranty is still valid. Please bring your valid warranty to our store, or you can send it to us. We will bear your repair fees maximum to the purchase price.

1) You have not shown us your warranty or your warranty is expired.
2) You have not attached the receipt to your warranty, or you change the words on the warranty illegally.
3) Breakage that caused by falling, shock, impropriate preserving or using it in an impropriate way. Also the rust, mold, change in quality, change of colors, worm-eaten, rat-eaten, etc.
4) Malfunctions that caused by user’s intentions, mistakes.
5) Exchange fees of the expendables.
6) Fire, change of weather, war, nuclear power accident, etc.
7) Malfunction parts, such as, scratches, holes, rust, mold, etc. Those failure parts that you have confirmed before your purchase.
8) Repair fees if is higher than its purchase price, you will need to pay the balance.
